Traditional care can’t offer real-time, personalized support. Nerveli needed an AI coach that felt genuinely helpful and contextual — not generic — while handling sensitive health data with enterprise-grade privacy.

Chronic pain patients needed support between appointments — so the goal was AI that responds to a user’s specific pain history and mood patterns, not generic wellness scripts.
