What is Enabl?

What is Enabl?

Enabl connects brands and brokers with a network of field reps ("Enablers") who execute in-store merchandising missions and submit photo evidence directly from the shelf. Computer vision automatically reviews every photo against the mission's specific requirements, flags compliance gaps, and rolls results up into dashboards and exports — replacing manual photo review with instant, AI-driven verification at scale.

Project Challenges

Verifying In-Store Execution Without an Army of Reviewers

Brands running merchandising programs across thousands of stores had no fast way to confirm that work was actually done correctly. Manually reviewing field photos against mission requirements didn't scale, compliance reporting was slow and error-prone, and brands lacked real-time visibility into store-level execution across distributed broker and rep networks.

Our Solution

An AI-Driven Verification Engine for Retail Execution

Unicode AI built Enabl as an end-to-end platform where AI sits at the center of the verification loop. The platform integrates:

  • AI Photo ReviewComputer vision automatically analyzes submitted field photos against each mission's specific product and shelf requirements
  • Mission & Work Order ManagementCreate, clone, and template multi-product merchandising missions with per-product photo requirements
  • Geospatial Mission ControlLive, cluster-based map view of stores and active missions
  • Compliance ReportingAI-reviewed results roll up into retailer-ready Excel and PDF exports with embedded photo evidence
  • Field Force & Broker ManagementOnboarding, assignment, and issue tracking across internal and external rep networks

With AI-powered review at its core, Enabl gives brands confidence that every mission was executed correctly — without a human having to check every photo by hand.

Step One → Three

Step One

01

Understanding the Business Needs

We worked closely with Enabl's team to map the real bottleneck: brands had visibility into whether a mission was assigned, but not whether it was done right. The goal was to build a system where AI could do the heavy lifting of compliance verification, freeing admins to manage exceptions instead of reviewing every submission.

Step Two

02

UX/UI Design

Enabl's interface was designed around the AI review workflow first. Field reps see clear, photo-by-photo mission requirements in the field app; admins get a review queue where AI insights are surfaced per image, so approving compliant work takes seconds and only genuine exceptions need a human eye.

Step Three

03

Full Development

Our team built the AI photo analysis pipeline alongside mission management, geospatial mission control, and compliance reporting — all running on Firebase for real-time sync across thousands of field submissions, with Algolia powering instant search across stores, products, and brands.
